Returns & Complaints at byMila

Right of withdrawal and returns
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal on all items purchased at byMila.dk, starting from the day you receive the item.

You must return the item in its original condition and include your order confirmation. Once we have received the item and approved its condition and contents, we will refund the amount paid or exchange it for another item, according to your wish.

If you want to exchange for a different size or item, please clearly note this on the back of your order slip.

Note: The return must reach us no later than 14 days after you have informed us that you want to cancel the purchase. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

How to return
Send an email to support@bymila.dk with your order number and information about the return.
We will send you a GLS return label via email.
Print and attach the return label to the package and drop it off at your nearest GLS parcel shop.
When we receive and approve the item, we will refund the purchase amount minus 45 DKK to cover the return costs.
Note: Return packages must be sent directly to our address, as we cannot pick them up from parcel shops.

Personal delivery
You can also personally deliver your return package on weekdays between 08:00 and 15:00 or drop it in our mailbox by the entrance.

Important about returns
You may lose all or part of your refund if the item’s value has diminished, for example because:

  • The item has been used.

  • The item is damaged while under your responsibility.

  • The item has been handled improperly considering the nature of the item.

If the item is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to return it to you at your expense.

We do not accept return packages sent cash on delivery or to parcel shops.
Always keep your postal receipt.

Complaints
For defects or faults, please contact us at support@bymila.dk no later than 14 days after receipt.

Please send:

  1. Your order number

  2. A short description of the issue

  3. A picture clearly showing the defect

We will respond to your inquiry as soon as possible and find a solution.
