These terms and conditions apply to purchases of goods on www.bymila.dk, which is operated by:

Ordering and Payment

You can order products 24/7. Orders are processed on weekdays, and we strive for fast dispatch.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa / Dankort

  • Mastercard

  • MobilePay

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

The amount will be charged only when the item is shipped. All prices are in DKK and include 25% VAT.

Shipping and Delivery

We deliver with:

  • GLS (Parcel Shop)

  • Bring (Parcel Shop)

  • DAO (Parcel Shop)

Delivery time is typically 1–3 business days within Denmark. Shipping starts from 29 DKK. Free shipping is available on purchases over a certain amount — see webshop for details.

Right of Withdrawal

You have 14 days right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product. You must notify us by email at support@bymila.dk if you wish to cancel the purchase.

Return must take place no later than 14 days after you have notified us. You pay for return shipping.

Note: We do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are liable for any diminished value if the item has been used more than necessary to assess its function and characteristics.

Right to Claim

You have a 24-month right to claim under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Contact us at support@bymila.dk with a description of the defect, pictures, and your order number. The claim must be justified and not caused by incorrect use.
