Shipping policy

Delivery
We deliver within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday.

Shipping Prices:

• Free shipping to parcel shops on orders over 600 DKK.

• DAO home delivery: 49 DKK.

• DAO parcel shop: 35 DKK.

You will always receive a Track & Trace number so you can follow your package.

Pre-orders:
If the item is a pre-order, delivery time is longer — this will be stated in the product description. If you order both pre-ordered and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped when everything is in stock.

Important about delivery with DAO:
DAO is only liable for the package while it is in their custody. Once the package has been delivered (e.g., placed at your door), responsibility transfers to you.
